I have reached my deposit limit. What can I do?

I can’t deposit with my credit card

Several reasons may explain the difficulty you are currently experiencing in your deposit attempt.

How to withdraw my funds?

For security reasons and in accordance with the law, please note that you need to provide us with valid proof of identification and a proof of address (less than 6 months old) prior to your first withdrawal request.

As ensuring the safe delivery of your funds is our priority, kindly be aware that we will only be able to release the funds to the account holder (you) and therefore we will not accept any transfer to any third party.

How to cancel a withdrawal request?

If your withdrawal has not yet been validated by our financial service, you can cancel it by visiting the « transactions » section of your account.

However if your withdrawal has been processed already, you will not be able to have the option to cancel it.
